The KOA Resto bar on the island, haven't been in. The new road marking and parking along Hotel Street. Vehicle access to Calle Ciudad de Tarragona from Hotel Street.

That was there last year too, restaurant on the ground floor and a different business on the top floor as 'friends' coffee shop.
I had dinner in the restaurant one night, was OK but nothing special.
